Not only does it give players a lot of money when they find and sell one, but they are also used for several “key” quests to help players in the endgame of a wipe. Where to Get LEDX Fast in Escape from Tarkov
The LEDX Skin Transilluminator is an ultra-rare medical spawn in Escape from Tarkov. Even if there are loose medical spawns in some areas, the LEDX is still unlikely to spawn. However, some loose medical spawns have a “rarer” loot table, offering a better chance to find rarer items like Ophthalmoscopes, Defibrillators, Injectors, and LEDXs. You want to go for these spots instead of typical medical spawns that may have items like a Pile of Meds, Esmarches, Syringes, and many more.
The best place to find these LEDXs is in the Lab. Going into the Lab requires an entrance fee of one Terragroup Labs Access Keycard, which costs around 166,000+ Roubles. That only puts more risk into your raids because each run will cost extra because of the keycard.
The Lab has several good LEDX spawns. The most common one is inside the Green Labs Keycard room. The key might cost a lot, but they are expensive for a reason. The LEDX may spawn on the tables and inside the little room near the weapon attachment spawns. However, the loot inside the Lab is one of the best in the game, even without the rainbow keycards.
LEDX may also spawn in the room overlooking the garage, where you open the garage extract. The round table near the Red Labs Keycard room may also spawn an LEDX. The server office room near the Hanger Gate may also spawn it, but it is less likely than others. You can also find one by the orange dome in the middle. All these spawns don’t require keys, but they are also “hot” PvP areas in most cases.
If you can buy more keycards, they can also spawn in Blue, Red, and Black keycard rooms.

Interchange or Streets of Tarkov
Apart from Labs, Interchange would be a close second, and Streets of Tarkov would be the next best.
In Interchange, you can get the Emercom Medical Key and ULTRA medical key to open two more possible LEDX loot spawns for you. Emercom Medical Unit is on the mall’s first floor near the TT store.
The spawns here are mostly on the beds and tables, but you should also loot the bags if possible. Some electronic spawns are in the middle next to the Chemicals quest spawn. You might even get a Graphics Card here.
However, the best spot on Interchange is inside the ULTRA medical unit. It is opposite Techlight on the second floor. To open the door, you need the ULTRA medical key, and the power must be turned on from the power station. There are times when the power is immediately open since there is a PMC spawn in the station. However, some players refrain from turning it on as it gives their spot away during the early raid. If you spawn there, you should always turn it on and rush to the ULTRA medical unit. Even if you will not be the first one there, you can still catch players turning it on.
In Streets of Tarkov, you mostly hope to loot one inside the camp from one of the Medcases and Duffle Bags or the loose medical loot in the small room with the metal shelves and the secret garage laboratory in the middle.
Apart from the camp, several loose medical spawns are also found in the Streets of Tarkov map. You can run to the center of the main road with the dead body and the Medcase or check the ambulances by the road. There are also several Duffle Bags that have a low chance of spawning a LEDX.

What Are LEDXs Used For in Escape from Tarkov?
One of the main reasons players need the LEDX “found in raid” is for the Private Clinic task from the Therapist. It unlocks a free THICC Items Case that will help tremendously with stash management.
Apart from the Private Clinic, players also need it for their Medstation level 3. Without a Medstation at level 3, players won’t have access to the Intelligence Center at level 2, so they can’t build their Bitcoin Farm to gain some passive income. In short, players desperately need these LEDX because these benefits are crucial to the endgame.
