Model Brianna Stern sues Andrew Tate for sexual assault and battery in Los Angeles court

Controversial social media influencer Andrew Tate is being sued by his ex-girlfriend over claims of sexual assault, battery, and gender violence. His lawyer has written off the lawsuit as a "blatant cash grab" suggesting it's merely a ploy for "money and attention". Nonetheless, the legal action initiated by 24 year old model Brianna Stern in Los Angeles recounts how their relationship started as a "dream come true", but alleges it later turned emotionally and physically abusive. The two were an item for almost a year. According to the suit's details, a violent incident is said to have occurred on 11 March at The Beverly Hills Hotel, wherein Ms Stern alleges she was assaulted and threatened.
