Hey everyone, I hope your week is off to a great start.
I’ve never been very good at planning for the future. I’ve always been someone who lives in the moment and takes things as they come. That’s not a very smart approach, though, and I have to start considering more carefully what’s ahead for me.
After some in-depth and positive conversations with my partner recently, my path forward is looking a little clearer. You can never know for certain what’s ahead, but the clearer your goals are, the easier it may be to work toward them.
I think I have a positive path in front of me. It’s a journey I’m looking forward to sharing with my partner, especially after we’ve resolved a few health issues. Having an optimistic mindset (which I usually do anyway) will certainly help take us forward.
Before we begin, I’ve set up a discussion group for NYT Connections and this column on Discord. We have a great little community over there and we chat about more than NYT games. Everyone who has joined has been lovely. It’s a fun hangout spot.
