Museum Month: San Diego Museum Month is back for 2025. The Japanese Friendship Garden, USS Midway Museum and The Institute of Contemporary Art San Diego are among dozens of permanent and temporary exhibits across the county that can be accessed with half-off admission prices during February. Chocolate and cocktail pairing: Cutwater Spirits is hosting a chocolate pairing tasting and a tour of its distillery through Feb. 28. The ticketed event features the company’s Strawberry White Russian, Tiki Rum Mai Tai and Tiki Gold Rum cocktails and a chocolate flight with milk chocolate hearts, dark chocolate espresso beans and white chocolate truffles. San Diego Stamp Show: This annual event will feature more than 20 stamp dealers and more than 150 competitive exhibit frames, according to event organizers. Some of the groups and individuals scheduled to be in attendance include the Poway Stamp Club, carriers and locals from the U.S. Classics Society and WWII Shanghai Settlement, by Ed Rosen. Circus Vargas: Circus Vargas is back with a “Hollywood Dreams!” theme for its 2025 show, which pays tribute to Hollywood’s Golden Age. The two-hour performance features artists, aerialists, acrobats, comedians and daredevils. Circus Vargas is hosting shows at three different locations through April 7. North County Mall, 272 E. Via Rancho Pkwy, Escondido, will host the circus through Feb. 24. Then the show moves to Westfield Plaza Bonita, 3030 Plaza Bonita Road, National City, from Feb. 28 to March 10. The local stand concludes at the Mission Valley Mall, 1640 Camino Del Rio North, San Diego, from March 14 through April 7.

Festival Of Love: The City Heights Multi-Cultural Festival of Love is a free, family-friendly event that promotes diversity, solidarity and love. The event will feature live performances such as lion dancers, drummers and ballet folkloric. There will also be a children’s zone with arts and crafts. Hello Kitty: The Hello Kitty cafe truck is making a stop at the Otay Ranch Town Center on Saturday.
