LOL I know PR's rolling blackouts might be stunning to you people, but in the nearby USVI they have to invest $20k in batteries and solar panels to store their own electricity cause the power goes out every day still, in 2025. The power company won't buy power, so you are SOL for your power needs. Oh, and if you are a company, you HAVE to invest in generators at least to keep from frying your appliances like walk in refrigerators.
