If you’ve been waiting for the right opportunity to visit one of downtown Syracuse’s new restaurants, or just revisit old favorites, check your calendars for the first two weeks in March.
Dozens of downtown restaurants, plus several sweets shops and bakeries, have signed up for the 2025 edition of Syracuse Downtown Dining Weeks.
Now in its 21st year, the annual promotion runs from Saturday, March 1 through Friday, March 14.
This year, the participating restaurants offer two-course lunches for $15 (or less) and/or three-course dinners for $40 (or less). Tax and tips are not included. Some restaurants may require reservations.
Sweets shops and bakeries have their own deals.
Originally the downtown event took place one week in mid-February, designed to attract customers in the slow winter season. It later expanded to two weeks, and, in 2022, moved to early March.
Downtown Dining Weeks is coordinated by the Downtown Committee of Syracuse in partnership with Visions Federal Credit Union.
